opportunities and threats as we try to grow the state’s economy, create jobs and foster
our robust, growing industry clusters.
Monday, August 8 - Dr. Dennis W. Michaud - President, Providence Consulting
Group, LLC. He is an expert on the Middle East and will have just returned from

back the latest thinking there to discuss with us.
Monday, August 15 - Dr. John H. Maurer - Chair of the Strategy and Policy
Department at the Naval War College. He will give a fascinating talk, for which he is
famous, entitled “FDR, Churchill and the Road to Pearl Harbor – Lessons for Today.”
